About

I am a dedicated Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with extensive experience in academic teaching, psychological investigation, and therapeutic intervention. Currently serving as an RCI approved Assistant Professor at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, I actively contribute to shaping future psychologists through M.Phil. and postgraduate programs in Clinical, Forensic, and Criminological Psychology.

As the Branch Head of the Center for Excellence in Investigative and Forensic Psychology, I lead case consultations, train senior government officials, and guide the integration of advanced tools such as BEOS, polygraph, and suspect detection systems into modern investigative practices. My work bridges the gap between theory and application in both academic and criminal justice settings.

With dual M.Phil. degrees in Clinical and Forensic Psychology and a Ph.D. in Psychology, I’ve contributed to national-level mental health programs, published in peer-reviewed, UGC Care Listed and Scopus Indexed journals, and served on editorial boards of reputed academic publications. I am also a proud recipient of the Young Emerging Psychologist Gold Medal by the Indian Psychological Association (2023–24). I have been also awarded Prof. Sultan Akhtar Memorial Memorial Award for the year 2025 2026 by the Indian Acadmy of Applied Psychology.

My goal is to contribute meaningfully to psychological science, enhance investigative effectiveness, and promote mental well-being through education, training, and research.
