Rahul Minagalavar is a dedicated Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) professional from Dharwad, Karnataka, with a strong foundation in cyber forensics, investigations, and techno-commercial operations. He completed his M.Sc. (Hons.) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Cyber Forensics from the National Forensic Sciences University, Goa, securing First Class with Distinction. He is also a Gold Medalist in B.Sc. (Hons.) Criminology and Forensic Science from Karnatak University, Dharwad (2023).

Rahul served as an Account Manager in the Digital Forensics & Cyber Security division at Panshul Multitrade Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, where he managed digital evidence collection, analysis, reporting, incident response, pre-sales support, and technical consultation for law enforcement and corporate clients. Previously, as a Digital Forensic Analyst at ProDiscover, Hyderabad, he contributed to the development and testing of ProDiscover forensic software, conducted investigations at the Intelligence Bureau, and provided training and demonstrations to law enforcement agencies. He has also represented the organization at national and international conferences.

To enhance his expertise, Rahul successfully cleared the Forensic Aptitude & Calibre Test (FACT) in Digital Forensics from NICFS, Delhi (MHA). He continues to excel in advancing digital forensic practices and cyber investigation standards.
