NFSU celebrates 75 years of Independence

National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) has joined the nation in celebrating the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' in a big way. Students and faculty members participated in wide-ranging competitions such as Patriotic Drawing Competition, Photography Competition, Patriotic Elocution, Patriotic Poetry, Singing, Patriotic Fashion Show, and Patriotic Skit including social welfare activities like Blood Donation Camp and Tree Plantation.

Under the visionary leadership and guidance of the Vice Chancellor of NFSU, Dr. J.M. Vyas, the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” is being celebrated through a week-long celebration at NFSU from 8th August to 15th August 2022. It will culminate on Independence Day with a grand celebration on which a colorful cultural program and prize distribution has been planned. 

On, 13th August, 2022, as a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the blood donation drive concluded successfully by NFSU in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society; a total of 75 students and staff of NFSU voluntarily donated 75 units of blood and 75 tree-plantation conducted and Freedom Run is dedicated to the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by 75 students and staff of NFSU dressed with theme-based T-Shirts.

As part of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebration, NFSU Building has been decorated with tri-color lighting and tri-color flags. A specially designed Tri-Colored Balloon with NFSU logo, has also been raised high above the NFSU building to spread enhancing the theme of 75th Independence Day celebration.
