LL.M. student at the School of Law, Forensic Justice & Policy Studies, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) Ms. Nitya Singh and her team were adjudged as Winners in POC category at TiECon Vadodara 2023 amongst 300+ startups that participated pan India. Ms. Nitya and her team were felicitated by the Padma Shri Awardee and ex CFO Infosys Shri. T.V. Mohandas Pai and other dignitaries. The team received a memento and a cash prize of Rs. 25,000 on October 26, 2023. The legal tech startup is called as ‘Octafiles’ which provides a freelancing platforms for lawyer and paralegal with the assistance of various AI Tools. The platform is technologically encrypted and is embedded with machine learning tools, and eventually the team aspires to develop a legally trained AI bot.
