The 4th Convocation of the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) was held on 27th February, 2026. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, the Chief Justice of India, graced the occasion as the 'Chief Guest'. Hon'ble Justice Shri Aravind Kumar, Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Hon'ble Justice Shri N.V. Anjaria, Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Hon'ble Justice Shri V. M. Pancholi, Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Shri Harsh Sanghavi, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat and Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Sunita Agarwal, Chief Justice, High Court of Gujarat graced the function as the 'Guests of Honour'. Padma Shri awardee Dr. J.M. Vyas, Vice Chancellor of NFSU, conferred degrees to the students during the convocation ceremony. A total 1,799 students conferred degrees, including 17 Ph.D. recipients. In recognition of academic excellence, 52 gold medals were given to meritorious students. A landmark initiative was unveiled during the convocation. The International Digital Dispute Resolution Centre (IDDRC) was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India. The IDDRC is envisioned to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in dispute resolution, not only in India but across the globe. Prof. (Dr.) S.O. Junare, Campus Director, NFSU-Gandhinagar; Shri C.D. The convocation witnessed the participation from international dignitaries, alongside eminent personalities from across India, officers from various Law Enforcement Agencies, Judicial Officers, members of the Board of Governors and Academic Council, faculty members, students, and their families.
