National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, celebrated the World Environment Day on 5th June 2026 with a Mass Tree Plantation Drive. On this occasion, Prof. (Dr.) S. O. Junare, Campus Director, NFSU-Gandhinagar; Shri C. D. Jadeja, Executive Registrar; Prof. (Dr.) Naveen Kumar Chaudhary, Campus Director, NFSU-Goa, along with Deans, University officials, and faculty members actively participated in the initiative. The drive embodied the spirit of the nationwide campaign “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam”, symbolising courage, collective responsibility, and visionary leadership aligned with the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s dedication to sustainable progress. This initiative reflects NFSU’s vision of fostering sustainable development and its mission of nurturing socially responsible citizens. By integrating environmental stewardship with academic excellence, the university continues to inspire collective action for a greener, resilient future.
